David A. Baird, MD

David A. Baird, MD owns the practice and sees patients at the Farmington office as a board-certified dermatologist. He has been in private practice since 1997 and has been in practice for more than 30 years. He is affiliated with St. John Hospital and Detroit Medical Center and holds staff privileges at Providence Hospital.

He holds a bachelor's degree in biology and biochemistry from Hope College, where he graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He then earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, graduating summa cum laude and in Alpha Omega Alpha. He completed an internship at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak and a dermatology residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, where he was chief resident. He is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and takes part in its Maintenance of Certification program.

His practice philosophy centers on timely care in a calm, professional environment. Many patients seek him out for his blend of personal and professional care in dermatology.
