DaShawn 'Shawn' Fleming is the CEO, lead hairstylist and owner of D. Renee' Hair Artistry in Lanham. She began working in the salon as a hair assistant and advanced to owning the business.
She is a licensed cosmetologist with a high school diploma and cosmetology license from the Technical Academy Program at Bladensburg High School, and she has over a decade of experience in cosmetology.
