Danielle Smith NP is an aesthetic nurse practitioner and botox and filler injector who sees patients at the Smith & Co office in Miami Beach. She was the first nurse practitioner to open an injectables-only practice in Florida, and she is a nationally renowned injector and the second largest solo injector of Allergan products in Miami. Her main focus is lip filler, where she shapes lips with natural-looking volume. She also works on lip shaping, facial balancing, jawline contouring, overall facial harmonization and cheek augmentation with dermal filler. She prefers a conservative look with subtle changes, and for lips she favors Restylane Kysse. Before choosing a product she talks through each patient's goals. Lip balancing is usually done with one syringe across two visits so she can fine-tune the result. For smoker lines she places a thin layer of filler across the lines instead of Botox, which she regards as short-lived. When it suits the patient she may combine Botox, dermal filler and PDO threads.
