Danielle Ruggiero

Danielle Ruggiero is the founder of Veda Med Spa, where she practices as a board-certified physician assistant in integrated aesthetics and wellness. At the practice she also leads South Bay Wellness Coaching, drawing on about twenty years of work in aesthetics and wellness.

She completed her training at the Wagner College PA Program, graduating as class president in 2006. Her doctoral research centers on integrative treatment models for the mainstream medical community. She regularly attends advanced training and continuing medical education conferences around the world. Before opening Veda, she worked with plastic surgeons and institutions in New York City, among them Cornell and New York Presbyterian. Her professional memberships include the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, AmSpa, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the state and national physician associate academies in the United States and California.

She designs long-term aesthetic plans that unfold over time, using current products and devices with an emphasis on natural-looking results. Her approach is holistic and comprehensive. In wellness coaching, a personalized consultation assesses each client's levels and needs, after which a tailored plan is built that may draw on IV therapy, medical weight loss or skin care. Her aim is to help every patient feel well, self-assured and at ease, whatever their background.
