Daniel Rivlin, M.D.

Daniel Rivlin, M.D., works as a Mohs surgeon and dermatopathologist in the practice's skin cancer treatment center. His practice spans cosmetic, medical and surgical dermatology, with emphasis on Mohs surgery and dermatopathology. He is board-certified in dermatology and in dermatopathology. He received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine after graduating from the University of Miami. He completed a Mohs surgery fellowship at U.C.L.A. Medical Center and a dermatopathology fellowship at New York University Medical Center, and he is fellowship trained in both Mohs surgery and dermatopathology. With more than 20 years of experience in Mohs surgery, he received an academic award for outstanding resident while at U.C.L.A. and was later appointed Director of Dermatopathology at U.C.L.A. Medical Center, Division of Dermatology. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American College of Mohs Surgery and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. He has presented to professional groups in the United States and internationally and has published several articles.
