Daniel Brown, MD, FACS

Dr. Daniel Brown, MD, FACS, is the founder and medical director of the practice. He is a board certified plastic surgeon, a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and holds an active membership in the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. He has more than 25 years of experience and has performed 15,000 procedures.

His training includes undergraduate and medical degrees completed with high honors, a research fellowship at NYU, residency training in New York City and advanced plastic surgery training at UC San Diego. He holds a voluntary academic appointment as Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery and Plastic Surgery at the UC San Diego School of Medicine, has a hospital appointment at UC San Diego Medical Center, and teaches plastic surgeons in training there. He has presented plastic surgery research internationally and shares plastic surgery information with the public on Channel 6.

Earlier in his career he worked as an EMT on an ambulance while in college and at St. Vincent's Medical Center in New York City. His practice covers cosmetic and reconstructive surgery and skin care across body contouring, facial rejuvenation, breast enhancement, skin treatments and men's procedures. He gives direct recommendations, has clear and caring communication, and welcomes patient feedback throughout the relationship.
