Dairy Reeves is a co-owner of Radiant Beauty. She relocated to Los Angeles in 2006 and launched a first car rental business at age seventeen. Her career has spanned sales, finance and business development, including years of leading high-performing sales teams. At the salon, she specializes in healthy Dominican hairstyling techniques and currently oversees several business ventures alongside the salon. Her leadership is rooted in integrity, excellence and helping others grow, and she creates space for women from all walks of life at the salon.
