Dafney Santana

Dafney Santana founded Skin Alchemy Collective and holds DNP, CRNA and ARNP credentials. She earned a doctorate in nurse anesthesia. Her background includes eight years as a registered nurse in the NICU and ICU, followed by years working in the operating room as a nurse anesthesia provider.

Her training includes PRF and PRP regenerative therapy, advanced microneedling, neurotoxin injectables, advanced filler techniques, Biogel, and IV vitamin infusions. She tries each treatment before it is brought into the practice, and she emphasizes prevention over correction.

She listens to each client's skin history, lifestyle and goals before treatment. At consultation she assesses which areas would benefit from Radiesse and maps out a plan. She is the provider for the Root Renewal Program tiers, including concierge access in Platinum Regeneration.
