Crystal Steed Rose

Crystal Steed Rose owns The Aesthetics Firm and works as a nurse. She has 20 years of emergency room experience in Arizona and the Pacific Northwest, with work at Phoenix Children's, MIHS, Banner Good Sam, Banner Thunderbird and rural emergency rooms. Earlier roles include hospice work, time in a burn ICU at MIHS, work at Seattle Cancer Center, and helping develop Phoenix Children's urgent care clinics.

Her aesthetics career includes running practices in Oregon and Washington and later moving those clinics to Wickenburg, Arizona. She has worked as a National Clinical Trainer for aesthetics devices, teaching staff and physicians across the country in laser, radiofrequency and aesthetics procedures. Her titles include Advanced Aesthetics Instructor, Advanced Aesthetician, Paramedical Tattoo Artist and National Clinical Trainer.

She has spent the last five years in extensive training across aesthetics, nutrition and paramedical tattooing. She holds licenses in Arizona, Oregon and Washington for Advanced Aesthetics and for Paramedical Tattooing, and is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist Practitioner and a Certified Health Wellness and Weight Management Coach.
