Crystal A. Howard

Crystal A. Howard holds a Florida massage license and is also licensed to practice massage and skin care in Illinois. She has worked in Southwest Orlando since 2000, offering massage and skin care, and she is an esthetician as well as a massage therapist, with more than 21 years in the field. She serves as Executive President and Director of Communication for the Florida State Massage Therapy Association and belongs to Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.

Her training began at Florida College of Natural Health, where she studied therapeutic massage, advanced soft tissue therapeutics and skin esthetics. Product education includes Image Skincare and Gunilla of Sweden, along with Elemis, Biodroga, Pevonia, TerraNova, Rhonda Allison, SpaRitual, Aveda and Dr. med. Christine Schrammek. Her credentials include Board Certified status, certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and AP Certified Sugaring Practitioner status. She is one of the few Alexandria Certified Sugaring Practitioners in Florida.

Her massage work includes Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, myofascial, reflexology and integrative techniques. Hair removal is a major focus, with waxing and sugaring. She serves clients from around the world for sugaring and helps first-time hair removal clients relax. She is known for quick waxing and close attention to detail. Earlier in her career, she developed, demonstrated and put into practice treatment protocols for her own practice and for other salon and spa companies.
