Crissonya Crissy Phillips is the owner of DreamLocs by Crissy, LLC and holds a cosmetology license. She earned a degree in social work from Middle Tennessee State University in 1992, and she also went through Fayetteville Beauty School. She opened her first hair salon in 1995. After moving to Nashville in 1996, she spent 20 years working for the State of Tennessee before going back to salon work. In 2020 she opened DreamLocs & Styles by Crissy, LLC.
