Cris Amato

Cris Amato is the founder of Grace Concierge and works there as a board-certified nurse practitioner, known on the site as Nurse Cris. She has more than 20 years of clinical experience across clinical, trauma, surgical and other specialty settings, and holds a Master of Science in Nursing.

Her credentials include APN and RNFA, along with Holistic Health Coach and Naturopathic Practitioner certifications, Botox, Dermal Fillers and PRP certification, a Biomedical and Clinical Research certification, ACLS and BLS certification, and training in the mRS and NIHSS.

Her focus areas are hormone imbalances, perimenopause and menopause, and hormone replacement therapy, as well as metabolic dysfunction, weight gain and medical weight loss. She also provides aesthetic medspa treatment, including injectables and laser treatments, and works with both women and men. She works on hormone balance at any life stage, including women in their 30s and 40s with perimenopausal changes, and builds plans for people seeking more than standard wellness programs.

Visits begin with an in-depth evaluation, followed by detailed treatment planning and ongoing check-ins. She also works with fatigue, brain fog, and optimization for high performers.
