About
Courtney Lee founded Kinloch and works as its senior colorist, with more than twenty years in the hair industry. She started training in 2003 at the Aveda Institute in SoHo, New York. She then apprenticed at Cutler Salon and became a stylist at its Midtown New York branch. In 2015 she established a salon on Metropolitan Avenue in Williamsburg. She is known for foilyage, a highlighting technique popular with brunettes who want sun-kissed results. Her color work covers personalized, natural-looking blonde, red and brunette shades, and she is skilled at color correction.
