She started North Fork Radiance and provides its clinical care as lead clinician, working as a nurse practitioner. She is board certified as an acute care nurse practitioner. She began practicing as a nurse practitioner in 2022, after more than 17 years as a nurse, and brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience overall.

Her infectious disease training went deep into complex infections and the science of how skin heals. Much of her work focuses on infection and the microbiome in skin and whole-body care. She personally supervises every IV infusion and hormone optimization plan, and carries out every Neogen PSR treatment.

Before recommending anything, she reviews a client's health history and reads lab results against that background. Her infectious disease training shapes antibiotic decisions, with the goal of skipping courses that aren't needed. She interprets culture results, watches for warning signs of a more serious infection such as a kidney infection, and treats the gut, bladder and skin as linked systems. She can spot and respond to adverse reactions promptly, and keeps up with clinical research.
