Courtney Koshar, MD

Courtney Koshar is Medical Director at White Leaf. He is a board-certified anesthesiologist who trained at Yale and completed his residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital, where he served as chief resident. Since 2006 he has delivered high-acuity care in both hospital and outpatient settings.

Between 2016 and 2024, he was Medical Director for Uptown Medispa, a med spa franchise with multiple locations in Arizona. He now serves as Medical Director at Surgical Elite, an outpatient surgical center. Earlier, he chaired the Anesthesia Department at St. Joseph's Hospital.
