Connie A. Desarden MD

Connie A. Desarden, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician with more than nine years of clinical work behind her, and she is one of the people behind Aurelian Med Spa. She speaks Spanish and English and puts particular effort into teaching patients, including those in the LatinX community, so they can play a hands-on part in managing their own health. She received her medical degree from New York Medical College in 2012 and finished her residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia in 2015. She also graduated cum laude from The City College of New York through its Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education. Her clinical focus covers preventive care and a range of conditions, among them high blood pressure, diabetes, elevated cholesterol, obesity, infections, digestive disorders, and depression and anxiety, with a special interest in diabetes and weight management.
