Colette Clausen is a nurse and injector at Aesthetic Edit by Nurse Colette, and has been in aesthetics since 2017. She began as a nursing assistant at 16, then worked in pediatrics and later in hospice nursing, and completed nursing school along the way.
She plans and performs each injectable treatment herself. Before any injection she reviews the client's health history and goals, and she may defer treatment if she thinks it is not the right time. Her treatment plans are written out and include what she would leave out and why, and she would rather do less than the client needs than more. Services she handles include Botox and neuromodulators, dermal filler, lip filler and skin treatments. Clients receive written aftercare and a touch-up at two to three weeks if needed.
