Claudia Kalotay

Claudia Kalotay is the founder of CK Aesthetics, where she serves as the provider. She holds board certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) and is a licensed healthcare professional. Her training includes the MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant Program at the University of Washington, plus advanced injectable training from the Evolus Training Academy. Across more than 20 years in healthcare, she has worked in sports medicine and orthopedic surgery, and works in orthopedic surgery at EvergreenHealth. Her practice focuses on facial aesthetic treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, and on medical weight management with GLP-1 therapy. When medically appropriate, she also uses injectables for muscle tension, TMJ, migraines, and neck and shoulder discomfort, bringing an orthopedic background to shoulder concerns. Neurotoxin treatment is adjusted so that a person's natural look and facial balance are preserved, and each dermal filler plan is built around facial structure and the client's aims. Weight management support includes education, lifestyle guidance and exercise planning, and she works alongside local physical therapists with whom she has collaborated for many years.
