Claude Fortin

Claude Fortin leads Colorado Ageless Institute PLLC as its Medical Director and sees patients at the Castle Rock office, where he also runs a general adult neurology practice. Before moving to Colorado, he spent roughly 30 years in private practice in Springfield, Illinois, and earlier held the post of Associate Professor of Neurology at SIU Medical School. He has 37 years of practice. His work centers on age reversal, lifestyle medicine and regenerative cellular medicine. For more than 15 years he has treated patients with hormone optimization as the aim, including bioidentical hormone replacement for men and women. He also provides peptide therapy, medical weight loss with semaglutide and tirzepatide, and longevity care using the prescription rapalogs rapamycin and sirolimus. Advanced diagnostic testing and cellular medicine therapies are applied to aging-related processes.

His training spans lifestyle, functional, cellular, regenerative and age reversal medicine. He is a Fellow of the Peptide and Cellular Medicine Master Mind Program at the Seeds Scientific Research and Performance Institute and holds an age management certification from the Cenegenics Institute. He is board-certified in neurology, clinical EEG, anti-aging and regenerative medicine, and lifestyle medicine. He also holds fellow status with the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, plus an added certification in peptide therapy. He holds memberships in the Seeds Mastermind program, the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and the American Academy of Psychiatry and Neurology.
