About
Claire Diamant-Yefet is the owner and a nurse practitioner at Health Now. She started a nursing career after moving to Florida, where Claire worked as a pediatric oncology nurse. Later, as a travel RN, Claire worked on the general pediatric unit at Weill Cornell Hospital in New York and at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Claire studied psychology for a BA at the University of Colorado and earned a Bachelor's in Nursing from Denver College of Nursing. After working as a nurse for five years, Claire completed a master's degree in science at Simmons College in Boston to become a family nurse practitioner. Claire began the FNP career at DTC Family Health and worked there for two years before opening a private practice that offers nurse practitioner care and urgent care.
