Cindy Toms

Cindy Toms works as a hair designer at the salon, bringing more than nine years of experience from a position at a Texas hair salon ranked in the top ten. Her color work covers women's color and highlighting, with extensions, perms, body waves and formal or bridal styling also on her menu, and highlighting and perms are where she concentrates most. On the men's side she does clipper cutting and barbering; she learned clipper cutting in New York and built her barbering approach there as well. She has also styled pageant contestants, handling their color, cuts and hair styling. She keeps up with ongoing training. Her styling products are from Wella, and she uses the newer iME line. New and returning clients are both welcome.
