Cindy Palma is the founder and lead artist of Cindy Palma Beauty. She has over 14 years of hands-on experience in lash artistry, brow design and permanent makeup, and she is a licensed cosmetologist and a professionally licensed tattoo artist.
She is a certified PMU artist with three certifications and was trained with PhiBrows, Amber Red and Katie Dang. She also teaches lash and brow training courses.
Her brow work is customized to each client's natural growth pattern and facial symmetry. Her specialties include lash extensions, lash lifts, brow mapping, brow lamination and microshading.
