Cindy Le Ismail

Cindy Le Ismail owns Skincere Studio and works there as a makeup artist and permanent makeup artist. She is a Virginia licensed esthetician, and her services include bridal makeup, facials and permanent makeup. Her bridal work is clean, modern and soft glam.

She spent seven years in the medical and medical aesthetics field. She started in administration at a plastic surgery practice, where she consulted patients on surgical and non-surgical procedures, then moved into cosmetic dermatology. While working there she started esthetician school, and she later managed a dermatology office for three years.

She left dermatology office management to open the studio.
