Cindy Heard

Cindy Heard owns Heart and Sole Organics and works as its reflexologist, providing the studio's reflexology and bodywork in Sarasota. Before moving into reflexology, she worked as a nail and foot care specialist, a path that led her to the practice.

Her training includes a reflexology certification from the International Institute of Reflexology in St. Petersburg, Florida, completed in 2010, and a graduation from the Massage Therapy program at Manatee Technical Institute in 2011. She is a licensed massage therapist and also holds an aesthetician license issued in 2003 through the Florida College of Natural Health in Sarasota. She continues to study reflexology and bodywork.

Her work centers on organic and holistic skin and body wellness. Her modalities include hand and foot reflexology, advanced reflexology techniques, and pain management for past foot injuries, along with lymphatic drainage facial lifting massage, Ortho-Bionomy bodywork, neuro-lymphatic reflex work, and myofascial release with body movement therapies. The myofascial work is aimed at easing long-standing muscle tension and improving range of motion.

Each bodywork session is customized to the client's therapeutic needs. Her reflexology work addresses points in the hands and feet linked to the body's organs.
