Cindy Frank

Cindy Frank owns Salon Metro and also works as a stylist there. She trained at the Flagship Ouidad Salon in New York City and holds Ouidad certification. Her work centers exclusively on natural curly, wavy and textured hair. She has helped hundreds of clients, and many of them return. Movement and freedom in curls guide her approach, with each cut shaped to suit the client's personality. Clients also leave with guidance on recreating their curls at home. She takes clients in the salon on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
