Cindy Folger is a cosmetologist and the owner of Serenity Salon. She trained at Michael Taylor Institute of Hair Design, graduating in 1991, and started her career that year. She worked as a hairstylist at Michael of the Carlyle, where she also trained and educated, and later spent 20 years as a full cosmetologist at Salon Deroge in Littleton, Colorado.
She opened Serenity Salon in April 2011 and has been its owner and founder since then. Today she works as a master hair designer, nail technician and educator.
