Christopher J. Davidson

Christopher J. Davidson is a board-certified plastic surgeon and facial plastic surgeon who practices in Boston, coming from Wellesley. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in biology from Harvard College, graduating magna cum laude with highest honors, and a Doctor of Medicine from Harvard Medical School. His surgical training began with general surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital, followed by plastic surgery training through the Harvard Integrated Plastic Surgery Program, held at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Children's Hospital Boston. He was Chief Resident at Massachusetts General Hospital and at Brigham and Women's Hospital, and he was previously an assistant professor of surgery at Tufts University School of Medicine.

He entered private practice in 2006. He has performed more than 10,000 surgical cases since then. He has experience with complex and revision procedures, and local plastic surgeons refer him facial cases. His special clinical interests are facelift and neck lift surgery, and breast augmentation and tummy tuck; he also performs breast enhancement, breast lift, breast reduction, facial plastic surgery, liposuction and mommy makeover procedures. He helps patients weigh nonsurgical options, personally performs BOTOX and filler injections, and meets with every injectable patient beforehand to confirm they are a suitable candidate. He has experience with how men's aesthetic goals differ from women's, and he offers BOTOX to male patients. He has performed thousands of injections.

He practices at Newton Wellesley Hospital and holds hospital privileges at Beth Israel Deaconess-Needham and Milford Regional Medical Center. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and belongs to The Aesthetic Society, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Massachusetts Medical Society. He has been listed as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor every year since 2008 and a Boston Magazine Top Doctor every year since 2017. He was also included in Newsweek's America's Best Plastic Surgeons 2026 for eyelid surgery, facelift, liposuction and tummy tuck, and was named to the Boston Common Magazine Power List. He tends to be conservative in his approach, aiming for a natural look.
