Christina Hughes, CLT

Christina Hughes is a medical aesthetician and the owner of Laser Focus, a spa she founded herself. She began working in beauty in Carmel and Zionsville, where she spent time at several salons doing hair, facials and waxing. She then worked for several years at a medical spa before opening her own practice, and she has close to ten years of experience in the field. She holds a cosmetology license from Honors Beauty College, earned in 2014, and soon after added an aesthetics license from Tricoci University of Beauty Culture. Her laser training at the National Laser Institute covered hair removal, wrinkle reduction, photofacial rejuvenation, tattoo removal, body contouring, skin tightening, CoolSculpting and microneedling, and she holds Certified Laser Technician status from that program. She also completed coursework in Didactic Laser Theory and Laser Safety Officer Training and keeps up her education through seminars and continuing education courses. Her treatment areas include acne therapy, collagen induction, epidermabrasion, microdermabrasion, advanced facials, radiofrequency, Sculpsure, RF microneedling, laser resurfacing, IPL, chemical peels, high frequency, LED light therapy and laser hair reduction. She is experienced with several medical-grade skin care lines. Her approach begins with listening and explaining, after which she works through the options with clients using current equipment.
