Christina Cruz

Christina Cruz works as a family nurse practitioner (FNP-BC) on the clinical staff of Dermatology Center of Rockland in Orangeburg, bringing more than 25 years of nursing experience to the practice. Her early work was in emergency medicine, with posts at Beth Israel Medical Center, Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital and Pascack Valley Hospital. After earning her Family Nurse Practitioner certification, she worked at AFC Urgent Care and later joined Onsite Dermatology, where she gave mobile dermatology care to seniors. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from Dominican University, and she was inducted into the Zeta Omega chapter of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Her professional memberships include the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Association and the Nurse Practitioner Society of Dermatology Nurses.
