Christi-Anne Holder

Christi-Anne Holder owns Healing Solutions, where she practises as a medical massage therapist. She holds a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist license in North Carolina and is also licensed in New York. Her certifications span medical, neuromuscular, sports and lymphatic drainage therapy. She trained at The Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy in Manhattan and also holds an associate degree in culinary and holistic pastry arts. She is a former co-owner of Moonshadow Medical Massage in Cary, North Carolina. She has practised in medical massage for more than 25 years, and has had the opportunity to work with the China National Olympic Team in Beijing. Her practice addresses acute and chronic pain, including TMJ syndrome, sciatic pain and pain following accidents, as well as discomfort in the lower back, neck, shoulder, wrist, hand, hip, leg and ankle. She has also worked with clients living with Parkinson's and fibromyalgia, and with clients who have pregnancy-related concerns. Clients find her through self-referral, word of mouth, and referrals from healthcare professionals including doctors, chiropractors, dentists and physical therapists.
