Chrissy Grams

Chrissy Grams is one of the founders of The Luxe LH and works as a massage therapist. She started training for the field in 2000 at the Florida College of Natural Health and holds National Certification in licensed massage therapy. Her academic background includes a Bachelor's degree from Texas State University, earned with Honors in Exercise Sports Science and a concentration in Physical Therapy.

After massage school, she worked at Walt Disney World Resorts, then at a number of spas in Austin and at chiropractic offices. Her clients have included Texas Longhorns and other professional and collegiate athletes. She offers Swedish, sports, trigger point, deep tissue, acupressure, neuromuscular and pre- and postnatal massage.
