Cheryl Perlis

Cheryl Perlis is a physician at Perlis MedSpa and Wellness Center, holding an M.D. and board certification in obstetrics and gynecology. She received a B.S. from the University of Illinois and an M.D. from Chicago Medical School, then completed a residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has been in private practice since 1990. Her training began in conventional obstetrics and gynecology, and she later shifted toward functional and integrative medicine. She is certified in bioidentical hormone therapy through the Bioidentical Hormone Initiative, which Erika Schwartz, MD, leads. Her cosmetic training covers Botox and dermal fillers and was led by Mark Baily, MD. She also attends a yearly masterclass taught by plastic surgeon Dr. Arthur Swift. She has studied under leading doctors and thought leaders across the country. Her practice focuses on natural hormonal therapy, brain and body biochemistry, and aesthetic procedures. She holds hormone therapy consultations, reviews lab results to design treatment plans, writes weight loss prescriptions, and builds custom medical weight loss plans. She has worked with hundreds of men and women on cosmetic procedures and bioidentical hormone therapies.
