Cheryl Millheim

Cheryl Millheim is a Nurse Practitioner and the founder and operator of Body First Health and Wellness in Dunedin. She has 18 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and has worked as a Nurse Practitioner for 7 years.

She holds two master's degrees, one in Family Nurse Practitioner and one in Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, and graduated from Florida Southern College in Lakeland. She trained with Denise Merdich at Aestra Institute and is certified as an Aesthetic Injector for Botox and Dermal Filler.

Her focus is medically supervised weight loss programs designed to help clients maintain their results. She creates customized plans around each client's goals, needs and preferences, and conducts the one-on-one health assessment during the free consultation. She has helped clients in Dunedin, Oldsmar, Palm Harbor and some remote areas reach and maintain weight loss goals.
