Cheree Mechelle is the owner and master hair stylist at Phenix Hair Designs. She trained at Stephen Saiz Salon in Union Square, San Francisco, and worked with Winfred at Winfred's Salon for many years before his passing.
Earlier in her career she spent consecutive summers in Paris, France, working with Nicole Pembrook of Ibe.Paris. She has also kept the hair of San Francisco Mayor London Breed in care for many years.
