Chelsey Lesniak

Chelsey owns Thrive Healthcare and works there as its Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with full practice authority, a credential she obtained in 2020. She received a Master of Science in Advanced Practice Nursing from Purdue University in 2018, followed by a 4,000-hour clinical residency after graduation. Her nursing work includes more than 15 years as an emergency room nurse, five years as a flight nurse with Flight for Life McHenry, four years in intensive care, three years of IV therapy and five years in medical aesthetics. Additional advanced training in endocrine and hormone management totals over 250 hours. Her work is directed toward enhanced wellness and aesthetic treatments.
