Chelsea

Chelsea is the lash technician at Moxie and works under the name Lashes by Chelsea. She offers customized lash extensions in classic, hybrid, volume, specialty and mega volume styles, and also specializes in facials, skincare, waxing and lashes. She trained at the Aveda Institute in Jacksonville, Florida, worked in the field after graduating, and later became a teacher at the Aveda Institute.

She recommends lash fills every 2 to 3 weeks, and mega volume fills every 1 to 3 weeks. A fill needs at least 40% of the extensions still intact, and fills beyond 21 days may need a new full set. Clients should arrive for fills with clean, makeup-free lashes.
