Chelsea Hagopian

Chelsea Hagopian is a nurse at the practice who administers med spa treatments, including BOTOX Cosmetic, dermal fillers, skin tightening, and PRP and microneedling. She has practiced as a nurse in plastic and reconstructive surgery for 10 years and as a nurse practitioner for 7 years. She holds the AGACNP-BC credential, which is board certified as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, and also holds DNP and APRN credentials. She earned a bachelor's and master's in the science of nursing at Emory University's Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice in health systems leadership at Emory.

She is full-time clinical faculty at Emory's Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing, an Assistant Professor on the clinical track, mainly teaching in the prelicensure Master of Nursing program. She also serves as executive director of the Georgia Nursing Workforce Center and sits on the Emory Nurses Alumni Association Board, where she chairs the Communications Task Force. Her research centers on making consent clearer for cosmetic surgery patients and building decision aids for aesthetic procedures, and she co-published and presented that work with Dr. Thomas M. Hagopian.

She is a member of the International Society for Professional Identity in Nursing, the American Nurses Association, the Georgia Nurses Association, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for Nursing, and the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses.
