Charyl Le

Charyl Le is the founder of Salvage+Rescue and works as a healing artist. She started working in beauty about 20 years ago, and her work moved into healing after she noticed that salon transformations involved energy, presence and self-reconnection, not only hair. Her Reiki training includes Reiki Attunements Levels I and II in 2020, Crystal Reiki in 2021, Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master training completed in 2021 and again in 2024, and Karuna Reiki Master training in 2024. Her hypnosis training includes a 300-hour HMI Hypnotherapy Certification earned in 2022, study with the Divine Feminine School of Hypnosis in 2025, and Restorative Hypnosis Fundamentals in 2025. She also completed a 12-week HYHO sound healing training in 2023, Co-Active Coaching Fundamentals in 2021, Embeautyment Practitioner Certification in 2020, and Chalice, a 12-week program covering Divine Feminine wisdom, energetic hygiene, creativity, ancestral healing and spiritual alchemy, in 2022. Her work centers on Reiki, hypnosis, sound healing and intuitive artistry. In sessions she helps clients find a long-running story shaping their lives, then shift it.
