Pilates instruction at Kin Studio in Alameda is led by Charlie, whose classes focus on deliberate, mindful movement. The approach draws on several lineages: Joseph Pilates, Romana Kryzanowska, Eve Gentry, Ron Fletcher and the Contrology school. Classes welcome people who already feel strong and people returning after a break.
