Charles Alexander owns Alexander Hair Creatives and works as a Level 5 stylist and L'Oréal Professionnel Color Ambassador. He entered the beauty industry in 2004 after a 3,000-hour apprenticeship, and has kept up with both domestic and international advanced education throughout his career.
