Charlene is a licensed nurse injector and esthetician at SHE Aesthetics, with nearly a decade of experience in the aesthetics industry. She has trained at beauty and nursing institutions in California and Texas since 2016, and she has built a career in permanent makeup (PMU).
She is a certified microblading specialist and trainer and founded Boss Babe Studios, which has multiple locations in Southern California. Beyond her own work, she mentors aspiring beauty professionals through consulting, apprenticeships and hands-on education.
