Charis Wipfler

Charis Wipfler owns Grace Medical Aesthetics and works as its lead injector. Her nursing background is in emergency care, with 13 years as an emergency nurse at Bristol Hospital and Waterbury Hospital in Connecticut. She is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner of Family Practice and Aesthetics. She has worked at every Grace Medical office in Connecticut and New York, and gives injectable treatments at the Southington and New York City locations. Her medical aesthetics training came through Allergan, Medicis and Merz Pharmaceuticals. She completed a dermatology internship with Dr. William Notaro of Danbury, CT, and an aesthetic and laser internship with Dr. Jeffrey Lafrance at Lafrance Medical Aesthetics in Bristol, CT. Basic and advanced certifications come from Aesthetic Advancements, Duet and PALLETTE Resources, and she attends yearly trainings on injecting, safety protocols and industry trends. In October 2019 she went to Sweden as part of Galderma's New Product Innovation Aesthetic Advisory Board, where she trained in lip augmentation under Julie Horne. Her focus is non-surgical facial rejuvenation and anti-aging, with particular skill in Dysport, Botox and dermal fillers. She is known for natural-looking lip augmentation, and she was named a 2017 RealSelf Top 25 Most Loved Injector in a nationally held competition.
