Chabely Perez

Chabely Perez serves as Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at Med-Glow and holds MSN and APRN-BC credentials. She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her nursing training began in Miami, and she went on to earn a Master of Science in Nursing. She has more than a decade of experience in the medical field, with work at Delray Medical Center, Broward Hospital and Boca Raton Regional Hospital.

She has taken part in clinical trials, including research on COVID-19 and on chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease. Her certifications cover CoolSculpting, platelet-rich plasma therapies, IV infusion therapy, Botox and dermal fillers. Her work has earned high regard among peers. She plans to pursue a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree.
