Cesar Fernandez MD

Dr. Cesar Fernandez, MD, founded Symmetrik MD, where he serves as lead injector. He holds board certification in internal medicine, geriatrics and aesthetic medicine, and has worked in aesthetic treatments for more than 12 years. His advanced technique was developed at Derma Medical in London, and he has trained alongside injectors in Canada, the United Kingdom, Norway, Argentina and the United States. He also serves as Lead Trainer in Florida for Derma Medical's expansion into the USA.

His practice centers on facial balancing and harmonization with dermal fillers and neurotoxins, along with strategic lip filler. He works in facial ultrasound, takes on complex aesthetic cases and corrects complications. He is among the first providers in the United States to use ultrasound guidance with ENDOLIFT. He also offers non-surgical nose reshaping with hyaluronic acid filler and neck and chest rejuvenation using hyperdiluted Radiesse.

Before any treatment plan, he reviews medical history and talks through goals, then shapes treatment around each patient's objectives. Appointments are conducted in Spanish or English, depending on patient preference. He also teaches other injectors dermal filler and neurotoxin technique, with one-on-one training for those new to aesthetic medicine and advanced courses for experienced practitioners. He is an internationally recognized educator.
