Cecilia Scott

Cecilia Scott founded Contour Medical Spa and heads its team of licensed estheticians. She is a registered nurse who holds a BSN, along with a bachelor's degree in science with a focus on public health and administrative nursing leadership. Her nursing career began in 1998 at Los Angeles County USC Medical Center, where she worked as a trauma nurse in the operating room covering orthopedics, ENT, plastics and burns, and general surgery. In 1999 she moved into aesthetic practice as a certified practitioner. Her formal training covered Botox Cosmetic, laser hair removal, IPL photofacial, laser vascular removal, laser skin firming, microdermabrasion and medical-grade chemical peels. In 2000, Cutera introduced her to the Laser Genesis procedure, and she was among the first nurses trained in it. She is also a trained and certified practitioner of CryoSkin technology. Among her specialties is laser hair removal, including treatment of hormonal and PCOS-related hair growth. Advanced skin work, such as the Fire and Ice Resurfacing Facial and CryoFacial, is a focus for her team. Across more than 27 years, she has operated and run medical spas in Los Angeles and Orange County.
