Cecilia Ramos, known as Ceci, founded Ceci Spa Hair and Nails. She began taking clients at age 14 and has more than 30 years of experience in styling and beauty. Before opening in Florida, she acquired her own salon in Colombia at age 18. She started at a beauty academy at age 13 and earned a technical degree in cosmetology and beauty. Her first Florida salon, Ceci Spa Key Biscayne, opened in 2006.
