About
Cecilia Ramos owns Ceci Spa and works as a stylist there, with more than 30 years of experience in hair and beauty. She started working as a stylist in Colombia at about age 13 and opened her first salon there at 18. She moved to the United States in 1999, and she worked with French stylist Jean-Claude, who gave her the chance to refine her skills. She trained at a beauty academy in Colombia, where she earned a technical degree in Cosmetology and Beauty, and she is a certified L'Oréal Colorist. Her specialties are balayage, highlights and personalized hair color.
