Cecilia

Cecilia is the founder and CEO of The Facial Bar. She began working in aesthetics in 2009 and is a licensed esthetician in Kansas and Missouri. She spent about six years in various spas and worked as a freelance makeup artist. She holds several certifications, including Advanced Peel Certified and Acne Certified through Face Reality, and she was previously certified by Aveda. Her business training includes the Kauffman Foundation Fasttrac and ScaleUP programs, the Growth Venture program through the Kansas City SBDC and Elevation Lab, and an incubator certification from Strategies Business Academy for Salon and Spas. She also holds an ITI Internal Training Intensive certification and a Manager Course certification. Clients praise her facial massage, including neck and shoulder work. Her approach starts with each client's skin concerns and long-term goals, leading to a personalized home care plan.
