Cecii owns Signature Beauty and works as both a lash artist and a permanent makeup artist at the Mt. Juliet studio. She has advanced training in lash application and permanent makeup and specializes in lash extensions, brows and permanent jewelry.

Brow work includes microshading, nano brows and combo brows, each customized to the client's natural features. Services are detail-focused and fully customized, with an emphasis on precision, cleanliness and long-lasting, natural-looking results. Clients return for lightweight, damage-free lashes that hold for three to four or more weeks.
