Cathy Lemoine

Cathy Lemoine is an esthetician and nail technician at Out of the Blue Salon. She has been continually licensed as a nail technician for 30 years and expanded into skin care about 20 years ago. Her nail work centers on non-drill acrylic nails, which she describes as high quality. She also focuses on foot care for diabetic clients and for clients who are sensitive to heavy filing, and she has studied the foot care needs of both groups closely. Her skin care training includes SkinCeuticals, specialty training with the Medical Esthetics Association, and Rhonda Allison Clinical Skin Care, whose line she has used for 18 years.
